Comparative Human Development Program
Current Policy
Formal department policy remains unchanged - students ordinarily may not P/F a class for the major. However, students may petition the department for P/F. The department will consider petitions for P/F grading on a case-by-case basis.
Policy Statement
Our policy for our major is that all courses required for the major in Comparative Human Development must be taken for quality grades (i.e., a letter grade). That will remain unchanged for Autumn 2020. However, as has always been the case, a student can petition for a P/F grade, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
