New Policy
Major students may take up to two courses P/F.
Policy Statement
For the time period from the beginning of Spring Quarter 2020 up through the end of Spring Quarter 2021, students may count toward the Statistics major a maximum of TWO courses taken with a Pass grade (i.e., 2 pass/fail courses in TOTAL across the 4 quarters), with the following exception: students may not use a Pass taken in STAT 24400 or STAT 24500 towards the major in Statistics (unless it was already approved for Spring 2020).
