Program Coordinating Council (PCC)

The Program Coordinating Council is responsible for establishing the budgets and providing support for performance groups on campus, such as University Theater, Doc Films, Fire Escape Films, Major Activities Board (MAB), WHPK, and the Council on University Programming (COUP). This process primarily takes place during Annual Allocations every spring, during which PCC assesses groups’ needs, establishes the budget, and advocates for marginalized groups.

Meetings:

• Friday, November 1st, 2024: 8:00AM CST, Reynolds 010. Introductory meeting, approve committee by-laws and cost guideline for the upcoming year. Meeting materials available on request.
